Do you have a shop I can visit? 

Unfortunately we do not have a premises that is available to visit to view our collection, but we occasionally take part in events and pop up shops where you can view our pieces in real life. 

Shipping + Delivery 

How much is shipping? 

We use Royal Mail first class as standard which is £3.50, but we also offer Special delivery option which is £6.50 which is trackable and requires a signature on delivery. 

How Long Does it take?

We ship our orders within 1-3 working days and Royal Mail has 1-2 delivery aim on first class, we will be sure to keep you updated on when your item is shipped. 

My Order hasn't arrived, what happens? 

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days let us know and we will send a replacement, we ask that if both should arrive that you return one to us. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are only able to offer UK shipping, we hope to review this soon and include International shipping.

Returns + Exchanges

Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately we aren't able to offer refunds or exchanges on our pieces at the time but if you are not happy with your Lazy Jane piece please do get in touch and we will try and do all we can to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your experience. 

Warranty, Damages + Faulty Items

What warranty do you offer on your pieces?

We guarantee our work for 6months from date of purchase but this does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear. If you have a problem please do get in touch we are always happy to help. 

What happens if the product is damaged?

If your product does break within 6 months of purchase and it is due to a manufacturing fault then we will repair or replace it for you. Please do get in touch if you have any problems. 

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and send us 1-2 images of the damage along with the order number. We will then send a prepaid envelope so you can send the first item back and we will assess and either repair or replace the item. If you need a replacement urgently let us know and we will send that first along with the prepaid envelope to send the damaged item back to us. 


Do you hallmark your pieces? 

Most of our products do not require hallmarking as they do not meet the 7.78g weight requirement but if they exceed this threshold then they are hallmarked at Edinburgh Assay Office with the Metal standard and our Jane Harrison Jewellery Makers mark. 


How much do you give to charity? 

10% of the profits from the sale of our Connell chains is donated to charity. We are currently focusing on mental health charities but we are always assessing this to amen sure we are giving back to spaces that need it most.
